Listening House Launches Saint Paul WORK NOW Project!

Listening House is excited to announce a new program created in coordination with Ramsey County and the Saint Paul American Rescue Plan Acts Funds—the Saint Paul “WORK NOW” project.

The one-year pilot project is designed to provide unsheltered Ramsey County residents with sustainable work and income
”Our goal is to create a successful model program and create the understanding about what will make the program work for residents and the city,” explains program coordinator Jody Hartz.

The program will create teams of workers who will focus on tasks like snow removal, cleaning up parks, skyways, and other areas downtown. Interested applicants will first go through an informal interview, then a more formal interview process and a background check.

Learn more about the details of the program below.

Listening House shares a hopeful vision that by extending opportunities to individuals in creative ways we can strengthen our collective community.
